This small pub dates from 1874, and is one of the few remaining family run pubs in the area. Situated on one of the main shopping streets, it is popular with locals, tourists and golfers. Regular music nights and quizzes are held. Live sporting events are shown on a number of screens. A locally sourced menu is served until 5:30pm with the famous “Cri-Pie” being available until 11:45pm. In addition to the five cask ales, a large selection of whiskies and gins are stocked.
